As a wife, mother, grandmother, and birth doula, I've experienced firsthand how meaningful support can be during life's most important transitions. Crown & Core was created from a simple belief: every family deserves to feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

My role is not to tell you how to birth your baby. My role is to provide calm guidance, steady support, evidence-based information, and an encouraging presence so you can make decisions that feel right for you and your family.

Whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby or adding to your growing family, I would be honored to walk alongside you during this chapter.
